Mary Reyes is very unprofessional. If there were a way to give zero stars i would click that option. She bailed on both our scheduled calls without giving notice.
If I could do 0 stars, I would rate Ney York Life Insurance 0 for sure!! Very unprofessional and no help at all. We simply just don't want their service/insurance to renew. They did it without our knowledge.
