I wanted to give Sheri Colson 10 stars for her above and beyond help, guidance, and patience helping my family solve a mystery and then assisting me update with my mothers policy, which just recently discovered that was opened 1956. I tried to contact NYLI corporate office to sing her praises with no luck in finding a corporate email. I hope this is sent to the powers that be, you are fortunate you have such a dedicated employee. SC
My husband has waited 2 weeks for an interview and Tania Brennsteiner no-showed TWICE. Why post a job opening if you’re not going to follow through with the interview? Extremely unprofessional.
