I have been thoroughly disappointed with my experience with this company. Over the course of several months, I have faced significant challenges, including a lack of payment and unfulfilled promises. The situation has escalated with the recent receipt of an eviction notice, and I continue to face difficulties in resolving my payment issues. As I am currently pregnant, I will not be taking leave. Instead, I am saving my PTO for this reason, which I believe is unjustified.
Having our agent for a long time and then moving to a new state & needing help with some policy issues during a challenging time in our lives needed to be addressed quickly, I was referred to this location by another agent from Fort Worth area because we live in the country & it's closer to us.
