Great Food I've been eating at NYJ&P for about 15 years. We've NEVER had a bad meal. The carryout staff is friendly and the food fantastic (We order carry out at least once 1 week.) Best Pizza in Carroll County. Love the gnocci and other pasta dishes. The wait staff is professional and friendly. This is one of our favorite places to eat.
Best Italian in Carroll County When I worked in Hampstead, I dined at J & P almost daily. The pizza is great, particularly the white pizza. If you order a sandwich, request that it be made on their homemade bread. It is delicious - try the chicken salad on it. The pasta is wonderful too. My favorite is the baked rigatoni which comes w/ homemade bread.

Love This Place! – Try the Shrip & Crab over angel hair pasta with the tomato cream sauce - it's unbelivable! It's usually on the specials menu, but if it's not you can order it anyway - they'll always make it for you! Also try their Sangria...yum! The place is very clean and the service is very friendly. They have a party room for large groups, and they are great with kids!
