Cheap Hardware, Hard Communication There's many good deals to be found on hardware in this dank upstairs Chinatown hardware store (outpost of True Value), with prices often much less than neighboring hardware stores in nearby East Village, but often it's hard to communicate exactly what part your looking for since most of the people working there don't speak english so well. Go look up Mandarin for "Wingnut" and you'll have no problem, though!
