Best Audiologist, Wonderful Office Dr. Winnie Feng and the New York Hearing Center are amazing! The receptionist patiently listened as I rambled about my concerns and made an appointment for me that afternoon. I saw Dr. Feng right away and she really listened to my issues: my frustrations with my original audiologist (have been wearing hearing aids in both ears for two+ years and have tinnitus), horrible experience with another hearing center in downtown NYC, problems with current hearing aids, and wishes for my new hearing ... read more
Hearing center NY I was not satisfied with the hearing aids I got from another place and went to New York Hearing Center to get the new ones. The doctor was very thorough with the hearing test to make sure my new hearing aids would be working 100% and without noise. She then called in few days to follow up and make sure I was happy. Quality Customer service makes me their loyal client.
Thank you for your help! I took my elderly father to the New York Hearing Center. Dr. Feng was incredibly patient with him and took the time to address all of his issues. I took him back several times for follow-ups with similar wonderful service. I later noticed my hearing getting worse so the doctor tested me too. I now have a set of hearing aids which have solved my problems!
Thanks a lot! New York Hearing Center has been extremely helpful getting my brother to regain much of his hearing. They encouraged him to wear both hearing aids and showed him how to change the three settings so he could hear better while watching TV.
Professional staff, recommended hearing clinic I took my grandmother here to get her ears checked when she was having problems hearing in day care. The staff took their time with her and really did a great exam on her as well. They are real professionals. I would highly recommend New York Hearing Center.
