I had the best experience with Dr Douglas Birns. It started with the scheduling a last minute appointment, Ellen was so patient and accommodating. Then the lady who ask for my specimen and did my bloodwork, sorry I forgot her name, she was nice too. Then when I was called in to see Dr Birns, I felt relaxed right away the moment he walked in. Office is clean and neat. The wait was pretty fast. The receptionist Was very respectful. And doctor Fine was clear and concise.
