RecommendedMy sanctuary! Great staff and facilities!
Great place, usually not crowded. I'm new to this so it's perfect for me. Trainer is wonderful, employees are kind. That is VERY important. The clientele is mixed (old and older) which is fine by me. It's true what they say, no one cares about what YOU'RE doing in the gym.
Such an excellent GYmI love the water their classes Even though I don’t swim I still go in the water to dance
