I am a member of the NYHRC at East 45th street. In August I sustained I rotator cuff tear injury when the trainer I was working out with at the NYHRC put me on the dip machine without providing me with proper instructions or supervision. I signed up the trainer, whom I barely knew, because I trusted the NYHRC brand, where I have been a member for over thirty years.
