Mr. Paul Buchanan of the Department of Health, Oneonta office, has been informed of violations of New York State health regulations in our neighborhood and been provided with proof of said violations. He has refused to take action, despite this knowledge. Apparently the NY State Department of Health is selective about who they choose to regulate.
I wanna know who is responsible for inspecting these restaurants around town. You are a disgrace to public health. To allow these establishments to run in literal ruins is disgusting and unprofessional and I would like to set up a meeting to discuss this in person Edit:4 months later no response.

This office and its "Burger King poster boy," Sanitarian Jordin Mayo, is unprofessional at best. It has been more than two weeks since the application was submitted, along with the application fee. Despite numerous trips to the office and countless emails, there has been no progress. Is it kickback or some other kind of special favor that motivates him to issue a permit?
