Attention all Aides that are working for New York Health. Please watch your weekly pay. This agency does not like to pay. I worked for the Newburgh office for a few years. I only learned after the agency was reported to the Department of Labor that I was owed over $2,000 in back wages. Everyone has bills. Please be fully aware.
Unprofessional. They speak to people in manner that is really unnecessary especially the Nurse and front desk supervisor. I just think they should take customers service classes to better the attitude. And learn to answer the phones and return messages. Instead of holding conversation about employees and clients.
This Home Care Agency is on of the worst I've ever dealt with. They hire ANYONE as PCA and the Aides are incompetent and unprofessional. I have called the Agency on several occasions to complain about my mother's Aide and they have yet to replace her. Not to mention that this is the 2nd Aide from this Agency who would rather get paid for no work done. We will be choosing another Agency immediately and I would advise anyone against New York Health Care Inc.
