I cannot say enough how terrible and unprofessional this office is. Every single time I schedule an appointment for phone/virtual, I’m told I’ll get a zoom link. Surprise, I don’t. 8am appointment? Nope get called at 6:57pm. Confirm the day of “hey secretary, you’re stating the nurses station in the office is aware it’s 8am appointment, but a virtual by Dr. Crow is done “at some point after 5?” Is that right?
