New York Health office dynamics have changed for the worst, in my opinion. When you call, you get a call center and have to make a phone appointment for a callback. The person is not even from the office most times when callback comes in, if it comes. Also been trying to get office to a PA since June. Always we wrote an email to PA office elsewhere. You have to wait a few days. They need to be able to pick up a phone and call the insurance while patient is still in office. Luckily Valarie Valentino was there to get it done. ... read more
Dr. Crowe spends time with you explaining your concern. Dr. also sees you on time you don't wait, your seen as scheduled. Staff professional office very clean. Dr Crowe will always see you unscheduled when you’re sick. Very caring and comfortable to speak to.
