I had a great experience with Dr. Patel for an emergency broken clavicle surgery. The office is always packed, so definitely aim for earlier appointments in the day if time is an issue, but in my experience that's pretty typical across NYC for decent medical care. When you do get seen, every tech and assistant all the way up to the surgeon himself is great – friendly, knowledgable, not rushing you, and patient with questions or concerns. The office was clean and the staff courteous. The doctor has great bed side manner. I felt the amount of time I spent there was alittle too long. Appt at these offices should be punctual 9:30 appt mean I should be seen by 10 . To be there til 11:30 and see the doctor for 10 mins doesn’t make sense.
