We were told pre op would be an hour and a half not over 2 hours. No communication while waiting. Would not recommend here and for future GI related issues we would go elsewhere where it won’t take 4-5 hours

my experience was good until post op like nurses wanted to get rid of me!! i felt like there was no consideration nor actual care . i opened my eyes at 12:40 and was back in the main lobby at like 12:50 groggy and stumbling

No one answer the phone for billing. Paperwork they send has no information about how to pay.

Front office support staff need to be fired as they lack basic manners, compassion and professionalism necessary in health care. The week before my procedure, I got a call from staff confirming my appt. No hello may I speak to Mrs. or anything. Didn’t confirm my name just said, you have an appt on x date and time. On day of procedure, no greeting from miserable woman at desk only mumbled with an attitude do you have an appt, take a mask, and stand on the blue circle until you’re called.
