Dr. Chern and her staff are absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable, it is clean. They are all professional and Dr. Chern is through. I will recommend her to anyone. I will be going back there.
Dr. Chern is an outstanding dentist. Supremely skilled, thoughtful, caring and accommodating. Her staff also is superior in every way. I recommend her unconditionally and without qualification.
Reached out for an ICON treatment consultation and recieved this text from the office telling me it was $200 for just the consultation and that fee would be waived only if I agreed to do the treatment that same day at whatever price they saw fit between $500-$900. This is a total money grab. Why not offer the consultation for free or at the bare minimum subtract it from the actual appointment the next day? Why is this place pressuring you to purchase the treatment that day at the price they set?
I finally found my dentist in NYC! Dr Chern is a wonderful professional who is truly attentive to your needs and offers personalized solutions and stellar services! She is very kind and makes you feel comfortable immediately, ensuring a relaxed experience at the dentist, which is no small feat! I highly recommend Dr Chern!
