Three staff member working during the Saturday lunch rush. Two of them decided their time was better suited cleaning. Stood in line for several minutes and nobody thought the customers should come first. Those who work at the mall only have 30 minutes to order and eat. Absolutely terrible customer service. Too bad it's the only new York fries in Timmins - won't be returning

They make good poutine there ,gravy is amazing and fast service
