I had a great experience thanks to Tashi! She provided amazing customer service friendly, and attentive. Food was amazing as well! It’s always nice when both the service and food are equally outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Tried the truffle fries at New York Fries in Sherway Gardens, but what really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly, polite, and very accommodating. They handled orders efficiently and still managed to be warm and approachable, even during a busy time. My order came out quickly, fresh, and exactly as expected. Overall, the experience felt smooth and hassle-free, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Great service like this definitely makes me want to come back.
Tashi is amazing—give her a raise! I wanted to try the truffle fries and was really curious about what they tasted like. She kindly offered me a small sample, and it was fantastic. I also wanted to try a hot dog, and since it was my first time ordering one there, I asked if I could get the truffle hot dog. She was honest and said not to go for it since I was already getting truffle fries—apparently it would be too much cheese. I really appreciated that level of honesty instead of just upselling. I came for pickup. Assistant manager Reg, I had no other words with her other than my order. She put an unnecessary bad rating against me on the application. I stand there for 2-5 minutes only and she did this. How does she behave with her own staff I don’t know. I am also contacting food order company and New york fries to complain against her. Always check mental level before promoting someone. Thanks
