I had a really great experience at nyf recently. the service was super fast, the staff were friendly and helpful giving me the time i needed to look through the menu. the cashier was really nice and he recommended me an item which i will be reordering. the food came out fresh and hot, everything tasted pretty good. the only downside is the location being inside the mall, so naturally a bit noisy and not the most peaceful environment. overall, the customer service was good and quick and id happily come again!
Decided on fries for lunch today for me and my son, they were crispy and had a generous amount of salt on them. The service was fast and acceptable considering how busy it was, my son really enjoys the hotdog too and it was pretty good as well. This is a good option for an affordable (in comparison to the other options) comfort food choice at the food court.
We were excited to try New York Fries for the first time, but unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience at your downtown Vancouver location today, Monday at around 345pm The manager took our order and provided very poor customer service from the beginning.
