Today, I visited New York Fries and ordered the Nacho Fries. While placing the order, I clearly told the staff member not to add spring onions due to an allergy, and she even confirmed that it was noted on the order. However, when I picked up my food and opened it in the car, I saw that spring onions were still added. This shows a lack of attention to serious dietary instructions and raises concerns about how food allergies are handled at this location.
