Hey there! So, I was driving to Toronto to visit my friend, and guess what? I was starving! I spotted an ON Route and decided to grab some New York fries. Now, let me tell you, the cashiers there were absolutely amazing! There was this one cashier named Jashleen who was super friendly and attentive. She took my order with a huge smile on her face. I told her I’m a vegetarian, and she made the most incredible fries I’ve ever had! They were absolutely delicious. I can’t thank her enough for making my stomach happy!
Had the classic poutine. Fries here are really bad (for a place with fries in the name, what are they doing?) but the gravy was mid and the cheese was decent (curd-like) and the ratios were really good (nice amount of cheese), so it gets a 3/5.
They mixed in old fries with new fries, as opposed to just serving a fresh batch. There weren't any customers and I wasn't in a hurry. I would rather wait for fresh good quality fries then to be served quickly some subpar fries.
Just got "The Works" off the menu and Taran who served us was amazing and so very helpful, clear, and quick in completing our order. Great customer service skills!
Third class service very low on stafff i just wait more than half an hour for just one regular fries
