I usually come to this New York fries but this time areoo attended me and she made my order perfect as I always have some specifications and she fulfilled them perfectly and she made my experience wholesome.
I was here last week. I had a hot dog ...fries and 7up. It was absolutely perfect and cooked to perfection. I would go there again just for the lovely lady that served me.
Had the classic poutine - the fries were underdone and yet somehow still soggy, the cheese was tasteless and the beef gravy was bizarrely sweet. All in all, very disappointing!
The service at this location is excellent. The food is hot, wholesome and delicious. Unfortunately, the floor needs replacing. It has holes in it and doesn’t look very sanitary even though they try their best to keep it clean. The rest of the restaurant is very clean and tidy, and the staff is fast, courteous and efficient. Please replace the floor. I would hate to see for any of your staff members to slippery fall shoes caught in the holes in the floor.
