Staff are great , food is great , the gentleman who took our order thought he charged me for 2 hotdogs, he came over while we ate to offer me the second hotdog or refund or credit, I thanked him but said he had charged us correctly This was very impressive of him and we thanked him
They only have vegetarian gravy so its not technically poutine anymore. There's no option for beef or chicken gravy. Vegetarian gravy should be the type available on request. Also, they are still using wooden spoons even though society moved on from them so all their food tastes like tongue depressors.
My absolute favorite place to eat in the mall food court. Fresh food, fresh faces, and fresh smiles. The team at this new York fries knows my order by heart and always asks if I want the usual with a great big smile. Whether I'm grabbing lunch for work or dinner for home these guys are the best. No mistakes and super friendly !!!
