While I appreciate the product itself, the customer service I received was not ideal. I believe there's room for improvement in how deliveries are handled.
The store manager’s behavior was openly confrontational and unprofessional. From the moment I asked a simple question about allergens, she acted irritated. The fries she served were overdone, and when they accidentally spilled as they were being handed over, she gave me a harsh glare and said, “I hope so,” even after I explained it was an accident.
