Recently, I had an incredible experience at the New York Fries. The fries were perfectly prepared, with a crispy exterior, a tender interior, and the ideal amount of seasoning. I chose to sample their traditional poutine, and it was excellent! The cheese curds were wonderfully melted, and the gravy was savoury and thick.
