My favourite poutine in Nanaimo!!! It’s so consistently good every time I come here, and the staff are always very kind.
orders cannot exceed 3 components or things go missing. Ordered a bacon double cheese poutine on 3 separate occasions and without fail something is missing.
Ordered large fries and gravy. Fries great but gravy was off tasting. Told staff that their fries were great but gravy was awful.
I had a great experience at New York Fries in Woodgrove Center. The fries were fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned—exactly what you'd expect from a place that specializes in fries. I tried the Butter Chicken Poutine. The service was quick and friendly, even during a busy lunch hour. The staff seemed organized, and my order was ready faster than I anticipated.
