I love bringing my son to New York fitness and Boxing . Bill the trainer is very knowledgeable at what he does and has a lot of patience . Kids of all ages come. My son is 11 years old and has lots of fun training .. the gym is also very spacious and clean . Definitely a great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly.
Supper clean boxing gym located right in the heart of East Northport NY. The trainers are friendly and highly experienced. Eddie and Bill are eager to assist you in meeting your fitness goals. Try their fitness & boxing group classes, its an incredible experience for both Women and Men of all ages. Expect results fast!
