The films on Friday night - the first a bit meh, LOVED the second one. The festival experience itself - continues to be increasingly unenjoyable and non-customer friendly. As a long time subscriber, I have been increasingly unhappy with the experience over the past 4-5 years and next year I will be unlikely to subscribe - and maybe sparsely attend, if at all. I've kind of had it with the way the customers are treated now (like cattle).
