“Same day appointments” lmao. Usually they don’t even schedule you the same month. Called to schedule an appointment in October - they scheduled me for December. In December I found out they actually forgot to schedule my appointment. I called back this month in January - they said they can schedule me for March. “Same day appointment” guys!
