Awful, it should be avoided, or it'll cost you. I spent a whole day in their outpatient waiting room, to do an unplanned eye check. Inefficiency is something very usual at that place - the reception desk has a note telling how many hours (a conservative estimate) you'll be waiting at different times of a day. And it'd be fine to wait for this type of a visit, shouldn't they came to me with a bill for $500+ just for the waiting! A doctor's bill was separate, and that was under $50.
