I’m sorry. Here for a Followup after retinal tear surgery. Been waiting for almost 4 hrs now. Almost 2.5 hrs since eyes dilated. Not a good customer service experience. Should have gone to a place near home and left this 1990s DMV experience behind. P
Just to be straight in on point this hospital is a learning ground for every new student becoming a doctor so if you are doing a surgery, you are being experimented on and every time you will go back, you will see a different doctor with a different observation with a different point of view in might be with a different medication. The staff and drs are so friendly and helpful. It has been pleasant during stressful times.
Horrible experience every single time I come here for an eye appointment just to see the doctors it’s always forgetting me or just wait until last minute to see me. The doctors are always forgetting to see me every single time. I had an appointment for 3 and now it’s already 4:55 pm like you guys close at 5 and I still haven’t been seen.
