I would give this 5 stars, because the nurses, doctors and anesthesiologist staff are IMPECCABLE, and always make me feel taken care of and safe. The front office staff is a different story. As I sat in the waiting room, she walked around the office with her mask down around her neck and coughed without covering her mouth. This is not a good representation of a medical facility, especially one as excellent as this.
Excellent! As a physician, my wife and I would not think of going anywhere else! Great care by wonderful doctors!
I never write reviews but I wanted to share my experience that I had with Dr. Goldblatt and his wonderful nurse ( forgot her name.) in regards to my mother. My mother has been a patient for a very long time and came in for a colonoscopy. She was quite nervous because she was experiencing symptoms. As soon as the nurse greeted my mom she was put to ease. The ONE star rating is applicable only to the Recovery phase of the Colonoscopy/Endoscopy procedure (at NY Endoscopy Center – 2 Westchester Park Drive STE L1 White Plains, NY 10604). On the morning (6:30am – 2:30pm shift) of Friday 7/19/19 I was assigned to a middle-aged female nurse in which her bedside manner was HORRIBLE.
