Brian was professional, provided excellent information and resolved my case in quick order!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Communication was nearly impossible—calls and emails went unanswered. Instead of addressing valid concerns, he responded with threats of legal action over honest reviews. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and even dishonest in his public responses. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
