I didn't get the sofa I was supposed to get. They can't give me as good a sofa as theysaytheywill .
Purchased a couch from them a few weeks ago after being promised they could give me a COI for delivery. After 2 weeks of back and forth, I have yet to receive a complete COI and have been unable to get the couch delivered. The email and phone response rate has been very slow, and they are all but impossible to get in contact with.
I normally do not post reviews on Google but I wanted to provide feedback because I was convinced to use New York Couch on the basis of the other positive reviews here. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with New York Couch and would warn others away from this service. We bought our couch on August 16 and the earliest delivery was August 24. New York Couch is the absolute best. They are professional, kind, prompt and trustworthy. They made time for me to see the couch the day I reached out, then made the delivery effortless. You rarely get this kind of service in NYC unless paying an arm and a leg. Quality, great condition and well priced... my new Design Within Reach couch is spectacular. New York Couch is a great company start to finish!
