To say I had a negative experience is an understatement. I ordered online for a store pick-up since I had to pack for my trip later today. We were fortunate to have Jennifer help us! She brought to our dressing rooms lots of flattering choices to compliment our body strengths by selecting a variety of colors, fabrics, sizes, and designs. I have shopped at this store for years. I have always had good customer service. Today, the line was at least 10 deep and there was one register going. I went to the other area where someone was being waited on and told they wouldn't check me out. Liz, the manager, said she was too busy hanging up clothes. Then she turned around and walked away from me when I was asking why there were so many people walking around and no one on register.
