I have been shopping at the Kendall store for 20 years more or less. Im the last few years the service and ambiance of this store has been deteriorating greatly. It feels like a low quality retail. No one cares to help anymore and the manager is just as disengaged with the customers. I co not recommend NY & Co. anymore.
