Went to a flagstar branch to cash a check that had flagstar printed on it. Was told by flagstar staff the check couldn't be cashed there because it was written against a different flagstar Bank that did not share a computer system with them. Was told that I could drive to another flagstar bank that was part of the original flagstar system that was at least 15 minutes away in traffic. Am I wrong in thinking South if a bank is going to print their name on a check you should be able to cash it there? Overall the staff was fine.... read more
You have to schedule an appointment for everything. From everything to making a withdrawal to setting up an account. Their location is utter useless. I can't do the basic banking needs.
