I have been with this bank for almost 15 yrs but as of today i will no longer use their services. This is no longer the same bank that it used to be. Literally the bank is screwing me providing me with a 1.5 int rate and wen wanting to change to another bank they threatened me with a 2700 USD fine. Manager could not even calculate the right fees. I’m so annoyed!! The hours say open until 2pm on Sundays!!! This is the last thing!!! Just drove over from the Kenilworth Branch that says open until 1!!! They are OF COURSE closed!!! Ugh!!! I’m out after the first of the year!! DONE!!!
