I’m so completely devastated at your companies way of handling this event. First of all, I purchased photo op using epic. Your artist showed up late. Then you tell me after waiting 1 hour 35 minutes on line that I’m not going to get my autograph that I paid for? Then I go to the epic booth and they won’t refund me ? They tell me to go on line and email? Why would I do that when you have reps there! I will never in my life ever support your event. I’ll go to the local ones and support them.
