Customer service is great! I was greeted by Lily right away and she helped me pick out all the signs I needed for my establishment while I waited to speak with a supervisor. Met with the Eric’s (there are 2 of them), to go over my violations re DOH inspection. They answered any/all questions I had and helped me rectify everything. Everyone was very friendly. I was in and out within a half hour.
Great free PCR testing for Covid and flu testing. A much needed place right now especially with Medicaid cuts coming thru.
Spoke to a gentleman, ivory I believe was his name, over the phone who assisted with linking my account to my food service establishment licenses. Never have I ever received such succinct and detailed information from any person over a customer service phone call. He walked me through each step easily while I navigated the website on my computer. This person was a gem. Greatly appreciated.
