Horrible experience. I reached out to seek assistance or resources on how to go about a divorce case. The representative that reached out to me was very insensitive, was rushing the information given to where I couldn’t even write down what was being said and had a horrible attitude. If I’m calling your agency, I’m calling seeking help, there’s absolutely no reason why someone should be having an attitude when on the phone.
