Useless, unhelpful, and misleading. Based on other reviews, I am not the only one who thinks they deceptive. Are you just there to collect free grants, because when people call, you have laymen answering the phone who know nothing about the law and just want to send you somewhere else. Their catch all excuse is that they don’t provide the services you are looking for. Horrible experience. I reached out to seek assistance or resources on how to go about a divorce case. The representative that reached out to me was very insensitive, was rushing the information given to where I couldn’t even write down what was being said and had a horrible attitude. If I’m calling your agency, I’m calling seeking help, there’s absolutely no reason why someone should be having an attitude when on the phone.
