They have an optometrist and an ophthalmologist. They just charged the wrong insurance and said it's our fault for not telling them to charge the vision insurance for seeing an optometrist and charged us $50 and then said it was our fault for not knowing that.

I been to this eye center a few times but, the last time was my last time. When making the appt the front desk states a $50 charge will be madedat time of the exam because the doctor doesnt take insurance. ( she never asked which insurance i have, my insurance stated they cannot charge me until the insurance denies the claim first). I ended up paying for the exam because i needed to get my eyes checked. After almost a month i finally received my glasses....i put them on and its the wrong prescription.
