I recently used New York Carpet Solutions, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The team was punctual and very professional. They took the time to explain the cleaning process and answered all my questions. My carpets and area rugs are 100% wool which were stained and dull, now look vibrant and spotless. Incredible work!! After inheriting my great grandmother’s living room set and carpets I wasn’t sure who I could trust. They exceeded my expectations and did better than I ever could’ve imagined. They cleaned and reupholstered my Two love seats and couch. They also made the rug look brand new without removing any or the history or memories. I would highly recommend this company for any services.
