We had a vintage beni ourain rug that seemed like a lost cause (cat pee, moth holes, cleaner stains), but they brought it back to life! Kash worked with us to find the best solution for our price range. Super honest, trustworthy and friendly. So glad I found them!
Kash and Dr. Kay are experts at cleaning, restoring and repairing all expensive and delicate area rugs. I always give them my client's toughest area rugs and they do a wonderful job. They are thorough and will take as long as they need to get the best results possible. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Glen and his cleaning buddy left my house about an hour ago. They cleaned a couch, chaise, and ottoman. My dog left my couch's gray woven fabric looking dirty, what a little jerk that dog is. Anyways, the couch looks like new. I couldn't be happier with the service. New York Carpet Cleaning Inc found a repeat customer.
This duo was friendly, fast and thorough! It's always great when people aren't afraid of dogs when they come into your home and these guys were total sweethearts. They'll even come back tomorrow if the smell from the stains isn't gone. I recommend them for sure! Have cash or a check on hand though, no cards!
