Overall, the experience was great, except when you tried to call the front desk regarding your appointment is impossible to speak to somebody the callback service took approximately five hours for them to call me back in the meantime through the snow. I just drove there to speak to somebody in person. They took care of my issue. I returned home after 5 PM and the service called me back then. Whoever changed this service made a very bad decision.
