I highly recommend Dr. Betourney. She was exceptionally prepared for my first visit, having already reviewed my medical images. I appreciated how she took the time to discuss my history in detail to formulate the best treatment plan. She explained everything in easy-to-understand terms and showed genuine compassion. She's fantastic. I’d also like to highlight that Beatrice was wonderful in helping me schedule my appt.
There are so many positive reviews however I had an appointment and after waiting 45 minutes with no explanation of why I was waiting. I enquired how much longer I would be and I was told "She is just finishing up". 15 minutes later I walked out of the office! GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR TEST!!!
