UPDATE- no response and report not taken seriously. this is the type of facility where staff can and will ASSAULT patients but nothing will be done. Awful experience. Phlebotomist Bridgette rough handled me, didn’t take my concerns seriously, nor bothered to wear a name tag so that I could identify her. No means no. Patients should never be forced into bad situations. Very uncomfortable and do not recommend.
Update- patient advocate has not reached out to me to update me on investigation. staff held me down and forced me into a procedure. I screamed no and stop while staff continued to assault me. No one has followed up nor have I been given the name of this staff. Do not go here
