Met with Dr. Mangiameli for a bilateral gynecomastia removal. Insurance approved it, but he said he would only remove one. After a year of prep and paperwork the day of surgery he was a bit unprofessional and would only remove one. From a medical stand point if there is a necessity for one than there is for the other.
