Pursuit Lending heralds itself as the optimum place for small business to find their funding match, stating a committed team that will work through everything to get you what you need. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE!!!! You are nothing but an algorithm to them, and can NEVER get a live person on the phone. Email might get a response within a month if you are lucky. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and I will NEVER use their services!! Company sucks and staff is unreachable.
I applied for the CT Boost Fund, and Pursuit Lending reached out to me. I spoke to Manny, who was incredibly rude and condescending during the call. I had assumed the CT Boost Fund was designed to help small businesses needing extra support to get off the ground. Instead, I was directed to Pursuit and Manny, who made me feel foolish for even trying. Manny was also extremely disorganized in handling the call. These guys helped us get a Small Business Administration Loan in 2021 but PLEASE don't make the mistake of thinking that because they represent the SBA, they care about helping your small business. By the end of 2023, our interest rate had risen to nearly 12% and we were forced to refinance which saved us more than $1000 per month. And don't think they let us get away easily, they pounded us with fees as we walked away. If you can't get financed somewhere else, just don't do it. I truly wish we hadn't.
