Brooke and all the ladies that helped us find the perfect dress for our bride were fantastic!!! Very kind and not once did we feel rushed even though time ran short and even over past closing when we picked the dress up. It was such a nice experience and we greatly appreciate it very much
This place was amazing! I was super nervous about shopping for my wedding dress. New York Bride Last Look made me feel super comfortable and relaxed while looking for my dream dress. The staff was super kind and helpful especially will the amount of dresses I tried on. They had an amazing selection of gorgeous gowns. This was a super special day for me and they went above and beyond. I highly recommend this be one of the first shops to look at for trying on dresses you will not be disappointed.
Terrible consumer service with me maybe because of my skin color/ size. Other brides had consultants helping them. I had to come out half dressed to get help. No I did not buy a dress.
Truly amazing experience!! I loved!! Came in lock eyes with my dream dress and walked out with it in my hands! Love the whole experience.
You can get better gowns. I wasted $1009 on a gown, not what I originally thought I was purchasing. I should have checked my gown before I left the store. No return , no refund. I will NOT recommend them. Go see Treasured Brides.
