Amazing doctors, but horrible staff. Doctor ordered one exam for me and staff didnt even check availability but said that the exam opening is one month later even though i asked about going to other locations. When I called the other office, they said they have earlier availability which means i basically wasted one month waiting for no reason. So I’m leaving this review in regards to my husband‘s experience here. He came to this pain management from another PM, transferring due to moving from out of state. The stress & PAIN they’ve put my husband under has been upsetting to say the least. They’ve made him jump through every hoop possible for weeks with false promises, only to do absolutely nothing.
