My wife daughter and myself signed up for platelet donation because they were offering $75 gift cards. When I showed up the screener told me they couldn't get the machines to do platelets but we can donate whole blood and get the $75 gift card which would only take 10-15 minutes instead of the 90-120 minutes for platelets. I said sure. While giving whole blood I read up about when I can donate plasma again because I donate plasma twice a week for $100. I am a long time platelet, donor I love helping people out. But the management of this company, the higher ups need to be removed. They have a great set of employees that work for this company. But the upper management doesn't listen to their own donors. Somebody from this company bought these chairs. For platelet, donors that never donated platelets in their whole lives. These chairs that they have are garbage, you get back pain and they become uncomfortable. I want to see the person that ordered that chairs set it 42 hours... read more
